3. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment or bank account.
  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's or bank's policies.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, including:

  • Opened or used Beauty and Personal Care products (serums, creams, etc.).
  • Items purchased during clearance or special flash sales.

5. Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (unless the return is due to our error or a damaged product).
